Progress Inspections and Monitoring

We provide independent progress inspections and monitoring to ensure construction works are delivered to the required standard, on time, and in line with contractual and regulatory obligations. Our team acts as your on-site eyes, verifying that each stage of construction meets quality, safety, and design expectations.

Our Role in Monitoring Compliance

By engaging a registered Design Practitioner and Building Practitioner, each stage of construction is checked against the approved design and the Building Code of Australia (BCA). This ensures that on-site works meet regulatory standards and professional obligations under the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 (DBP Act).

Regular progress inspections and monitoring will:

  • Confirm compliance with approved designs and regulatory requirements

  • Provide assurance to builders, clients, and regulatory authorities

  • Help identify and rectify potential issues early, reducing the risk of defects, disputes, or costly rectifications

Our Process

  1. Initial Engagement – We review the project design and develop a monitoring plan.
  2. On-Site Inspections – Conducted at key stages to verify construction quality and compliance.
  3. Reporting – Detailed inspection reports document findings and any necessary corrective actions.
  4. Final Verification – A concluding statement confirms that works comply with approved designs and regulatory obligations.
