As a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a Certified Quantity Surveyor, Samuel possesses the credentials to manage and execute a comprehensive range of quantity surveying services across diverse project types, scales, and client groups. His reputation precedes him, with Samuel being a trusted presence on panels for both major and minor banks and financial institutions, ensuring banking compliance, rigorous reporting, and project management standards from inception to completion.

About Sarah
As the Senior Manager at Archi-QS, Sarah spearheads our team with unparalleled expertise, distinguishing us as the only quantity surveying firm with architects on the management board. Sarah’s multifaceted role encompasses architectural insight, policy acumen, and leadership.

With a robust background as the Nominated Architect for Archi-QS and NSW Design Practitioner, Sarah ensures that each project benefits from a holistic approach, blending architectural precision with strategic guidance informed by policy insights. This unique combination enables us to set new standards of excellence and deliver unparalleled value to our clients.

As a SIP Building Inspector and General Building Consultant, she’s qualified to act as a building inspector and assist in all stages of the Strata Building Bond and Inspections Scheme. She also takes the lead as a strata services specialist, overseeing all the projects and providing guidance to the team.

Furthermore, Sarah is a thought leader, actively contributing to relevant publications and hosting seminars to share valuable insights with clients and industry peers.

He is our business development manager, quantity surveyor, and the team leader of the Strata Building Bond and Inspections Scheme services, with a strong focus on risk management.
